Fees, Refunds and Cancellations

This page explains how fees, refunds, cancellations and withdrawals work at Think-Top Educational Institute. Please read it before you register or pay. When you book or pay for a service you agree to it.

In short: fees are paid before the service. Refunds are not given after a service has been delivered or for classes a student misses. You may withdraw at any time.

Diagnostic assessments

The diagnostic fee is paid when you book.
Refunds are not given after the diagnostic has been delivered.
If you need a different time before the diagnostic has taken place, contact us as early as possible and we will rebook it, based on the teacher's availability.

Monthly class fees

Monthly class fees are due in full before the first class of the month.
Refunds are not given for classes a student misses.
If a teacher cancels a class, it is rescheduled based on convenience and availability.

Individual sessions

Individual sessions can be rescheduled based on the teacher's availability.
Please give as much notice as you can if you cannot attend.
Refunds are not given after a session has been delivered.

Withdrawing

Parents and students may withdraw at any time. Please tell us by message or email so we can update our records. Withdrawing stops fees for future months. It does not return fees already paid for a month that has begun.

Unpaid fees

A child whose fees have not been paid may be denied access to classes, sessions and other services until the fees are paid.

Activities subscription (when available)

The subscription costs TT$150 per month per child and gives your family access to the extra activities and features described when you subscribe.
It is paid monthly, in advance. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Refunds are not given for a month that has begun.

How refunds are paid

When a refund is due under this policy, we return it to the payment method used, as soon as we reasonably can. Bank charges from the payment provider may not be returnable.
