By using this website and the practice activities, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. These terms are for parents, guardians and teachers. Children should use the site with a parent's permission.
What we offer
Think-Top Educational Institute offers teaching, diagnostic assessments and practice activities for children in Trinidad and Tobago. Details of classes, sessions and fees are explained on our pages and when you register.
Free practice activities
- The activities are for learning and practice at home.
- We work hard to make every question and answer correct. If you spot a mistake, please tell us using the "Spot a mistake" link or by email.
- We may change, add or remove activities at any time.
- Some activities may only be available with a paid plan, when available.
Our content belongs to us
The exercises, explanations, pictures, logos and layout on this website belong to Think-Top Educational Institute. You may use them for your own child's learning. You may not copy, sell, share publicly, publish or build products from them without our written permission. Copying content with software, scraping the site, or using our questions, answers or explanations to train or feed artificial intelligence systems is also forbidden. The practice activities, question banks, games, designs, logos and the name Think-Top Educational Institute are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, and we will take action against copying.
Using the site properly
- Do not try to break, overload or copy the site, or get around any limits or paid access.
- Do not share a class code, login or paid access with people outside your own family.
- Do not post or send anything harmful, unlawful or untrue.
Accounts, class codes and paid access
Class codes and paid access are given to enrolled or subscribed families for their own use. We may stop or remove access, including a leaderboard place, if these terms are broken or if fees are unpaid. Fees and cancellations are explained on our Fees, Refunds and Cancellations page.
No guarantees
Practice helps, but we cannot promise any result in the SEA or any other test. See our Educational Disclaimer. The site is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Think-Top Educational Institute is not responsible for losses that come from using or being unable to use the website, from links to other websites, or from relying on the activities as a guarantee of exam results. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Other websites
Our pages may link to other websites, such as payment or booking providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
