OG Reading Clinic · School Partnerships

Your school already knows who is falling behind.
We tell you exactly why, and prove what changes.

Think-Top Educational Institute brings a structured, diagnostic-first Orton-Gillingham reading intervention into your school on a contract or retainer basis. Not a visiting tutor. Not informal remediation. A measured clinical programme, delivered by a specialist, with documentation your school can use.

Why schools bring us in

The gap is real.
It is just rarely measured.

Every school has students reading below the level their intelligence would suggest. Most have never been formally assessed for why. A partnership with Think-Top Educational Institute closes that gap with the same clinical rigor used in the individual OG Reading Clinic, brought to your students at scale.

Early identification, not remediation
A structured diagnostic identifies reading processing difficulties before they compound into failure. Early identification changes outcomes at every level of the school.
Documentation your school can use
Each student receives a diagnostic report. Each student in the intervention receives session records and progress documentation supporting pastoral and academic reporting.
A specialist, not a visiting tutor
Fourteen years of specialist literacy practice, Ministry of Education credentials, and UWI-level academic grounding. Your school is engaging a clinician, not a contractor.
Contract and retainer arrangements
Partnerships are arranged on a contract or retainer basis, scoped to your school's size and needs. A consultation is the first step, no obligation, just a clear conversation.

Why we can say this with confidence

We don't guess.
We measure.

Before Think-Top Educational Institute took this model to schools, we piloted it. The July Reading Intensive was built as a documented dry run, a group-format OG programme run and measured with the same rigor as a small clinical study, specifically to generate the evidence a school partnership needs.

01
Baseline, before day one
Every student is measured before instruction begins, so progress is judged against their own starting point, not a generic benchmark.
02
Daily data, across every instructional day
Progress is tracked day by day through the full programme, not just at the start and end.
03
A fidelity log
What was actually delivered each session is recorded, so the results can be trusted to reflect the method, not guesswork about what happened in the room.
04
A maintenance check, after
Students are checked again after the programme ends, to see what actually held.
What that measurement already shows
"Two students from the July cohort have already chosen to continue directly into ongoing individual OG sessions, based on the progress their families saw in ten days."
The full outcomes report, built from this same data, day-by-day measures and all, is walked through in every school consultation. We do not publish numbers without context. We show you the data properly, alongside what it would look like applied to your students.

What a partnership includes

Built around your students,
not a generic package.

Every partnership starts with identifying which students need what. From there, the arrangement is scoped to your school.

Diagnostic assessment for identified students
Every student entering the programme is individually assessed first. Instruction is built around what that assessment finds, not a fixed curriculum.
On-site or online delivery
Sessions delivered at your school, on a schedule that works around your timetable, or online where that suits your school better.
Progress documentation
Written reporting your school can use for pastoral records, parent conversations, and academic planning, not a verbal summary.
A named specialist, not rotating staff
Your students work with the same clinician throughout the retainer. Continuity matters as much as method.
Not ready for a full retainer? Start with a Screening Day.
A single day of diagnostic screening across a group of identified students, so your school can see the model at work before committing to a term.
TTD $3,500–$5,250

"I sent my son for the July summer classes and I did not regret it at all. The robotics was exciting for him as well. If you know your child is struggling, this is the first step. I did it and I've seen improvement, and I want to continue sending him."
